MBD harasses me constantly about money I don't owe and even at my work place

These people are harassing me since two months ago about DirectAxis debt that has been settled by insurance after I got retrenched! Never heard anything from anyone since about two months ago only realizing now that it's on my credit record! I DO NOT OWE DIRECTAXIS and even if I did it would have prescribed already! I am furious! When I asked the lady who MBD is she was rude and told me she will terminate the call and she did! Why do they want to terminate the call if I want to know who I'm dealing with l!? DirectAxis can't even help me, so this is clearly bull****! Get if off my credit record or I will take legal action against this harassment and I have a pretty good case!
