MBD harasses, ignore, and breach POPI act

After numerous months of harassment from this company - I have settled an outstanding account in full. However, I am still waiting for my Paid Up letter from them. (It has been 1 month now)

I’ve sent numerous emails, I’ve made numerous phone calls but no one provides feedback.

I dealt with Pulane Cekiso who has ignored me since I paid the amount in full.

Secondly, whilst holding to speak to a consultant last Thursday [27/02/2025] (I held on for 45min after which I gave up) I could hear a “private” conversation with another “client”. This is surely a POPI breach and I will proceed with a POPI complaint in due course.

This company is not acting in good faith towards its clients.
