MBD harasing the incorrect person

I have got numerous E mail and sms for someone that I do not even know, I have called and explained and E mailed then more than a dozen times and they promise to remove my details from there system, but with in a few days the mails and sms start again, not only is it ********* to be sending me personal information about another person, it is also harassment to me
