MBD GROUP- USELESS AND DISRESPECTFUL

I just received a call from an unknown number. My partner answered and when the caller asked for me, my partner asked where they were calling from. Her answer-eh Johannesburg. She handed me the phone where I asked the caller where exactly he was calling from. He started asking me if “I’m getting clever”. Long story short after a very rude altercation with an extremely rude call centre agent, turns out it was MBD attorneys yet again. They are calling regarding an @home account on behalf of the foschini group that has INSURANCE cover, that has been claimed!!! Yet they continue to harass me daily. The call centre agents are rude and give little to no information regarding why they are calling. It shocks me that FOSCHINI GROUP would use these useless attorneys and it shocks me that these people are actually allowed to make phone calls on behalf of a company when they have NO CLUE! MBD DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN. Take it up with your client and their insurers.
