MBD giving details to RISIMA after POP was sent to them

Dear MBD, in regards to your response down below, You have NOT addressed me privately, neither has this matter been dealt with amicably.

On Friday I was contacted YET AGAIN by Precious Mazibuko from Risima Shared Services, telling me I still owe Vodacom Money, seems YOU lot just keep passing the ball down to every credit collector & see how much money YOU (MBD) can ****** from clients ???

I've PAID YOU, & I've sent multiple Proof of Payments requesting a Paid Up letter, yet you just chose to Ignore my emails ???
