MBD & GET BUCKS LOANS IDENTITY CONFUSION

Not sure if it's MBD, Get bucks or Alliance. My credit report shows that I have an active account with MBD, I initially contacted MBD I spoke to Kedibone and she confirmed that ''My account'' (which I have no knowledge of) has been handed over to them by Get Bucks loans. My problem is I have no knowledge of the account and they've requested my January 2018 bank statement just to track if I have or have not received any loan from them(Get bucks) . Which I did submit everything they requested from me and I've also made an official affidavit to prove that I have no knowledge of the account. There's also some confusion with my identity as they refer to me as Ms Gabisile Dlamini when I don't even know who that person is. According to the account number that I received from Kedibone it proves that the account is a foreign standard bank account (Swaziland) While I'm in South Africa. The account belongs to Gabisile Dlamini Not me.. I don't know how they ended up linking me with that account. Shortly after proving my innocence, Kedibone told me that the Account is not with then (MBD) but it's with Alliance when she initially told me that the account was with them.. She provided Alliance contact details and I've tried several times to call them with no luck.. The number doesn't exist. I'm sooo fed up this issue it has been dragging Far too long and it's delaying my progress cos I get declined with everything I apply for
