MBD Flagging Paying Customers Accounts as Default Accounts

MBD took over my EDGARS and SBSA accounts. They have been deducting and only to fin out that the Edgars account ( REF :MBDINC *** )is flagged as default. I have been trying to all them with no luck you hold and then the line drops off when you are about to be transferred. This is no joke, I don’t even receive statements of how much is outstanding.
