MBD & Experian harassments

I settled my account over 5 years ago; however, it has still not been corrected. Despite the responses and commitments I received via email, nothing has been done to correct my report. They are collaborating with the Experian credit bureau to ensure this negative information remains on my account indefinitely. Therefore, I advise anyone whose debt has been handed over to MBD not to pay, as it is not worthwhile.
