MBD ENDLESS MONEY PIT

Since November 2019, MBD, has been taking money from my account to get my Woolworths Visa Credit Card upto date, since then there has been no decrease only an increase in the amount owing. When I called their consultant, Irene, she proceeded to patronize me instead of helping. MBD WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH NY PAYMENTS???????????????
