I was offered a settlement in September 2023 by an employee of the company of which I agreed to it, the agreed amount was debited from my account for the agreed timeframe but I am still being called by various people offering me a settlement for an account that should be settled already
I then received a call from the person who offered me the settlement and he promised to call me back but HE never called back and as per his words, the system generated the settlement but he was unable to log it automatically hence he logged it manually but I am still being chased for this and my credit score is being affected
I have emailed every email address given by the people who have been calling me but I have not been assisted in anyway
What level of service is this?,my account should have been closed already as I have made the agreed payments
I have tried by all means to get this sorted but I have been sent from pillar to post

What mediocre service is this
HelloPeter was the second attempt in trying to resolve this but clearly it isn’t being resolved , I know the dates and names of the people who were supposed to be dealing with this
Next step is taking this further because MBD is just not doing what they are supposed to do
I am tired of calling and emailing and having to wait weeks for call backs and for my things to be sorted out, it’s best I take this further

Mbd has since called me looking to collect the same debt that was said to be settled many years ago
