MBD dont want to give me a settlement letter
my account was handed over to these guys i settled my account on the 12 via debit order as of today im still waiting for my paid up letter from them i call everyday to as for this letter no one is willing to assist me.
they even refuse to give me a statement that shows that i have paid up my account
