Mbd doesn’t deliver

My money was taken by mbd under false promises, their agents are rude, every time I call they are not willing to assist me, they don’t care, if they won’t give me what they promised it’s better they pay me back my money, I feel played and ******

I allowed mbd to debit money on my bank account ,because they were offering me discount on the debt I had on my Homechoice account , now I’m the one running after them to deliver what they have promised which is the paid up letter, but my money was taken

A big company like mbd taking advantage of people, making empty promises, taking people money under false promises, I have just received an email from their agents saying I never paid my account via them , but few weeks ago another agent acknowledged that I settled my Homechoice account via them , he even said he informed Homechoice about my payment. They took my hard earned money, now I’m the one running after them
