MBD DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING

MBD is harrasing despite that there is no outstanding money. I sent through the proof of payment from the bank indicating that the account has been paid 2 years ago. They are VERY unprofessional and rude.They harass you on a daily basis and I sent through the power of attourney and they acknowladged that they have received it, Now they phone me and as soon as they hear that it is not my wife;s voice on the phone then they put the phone down in my ear without saying anything. Regarding the proof of payment, they told me that it has been escilated and I stil have not heard anything from them. When I enquired via email what is going on then they gave me yet another email address to send it to. I have the info of the call center manager and asked him to please stop the calls from the call center until their offices have completed with their "escalation" and still they phone relentlessly. These people do not know what is going on in their own company and they work from a script and as soon as you deviate from the script then they put the phone down in your ear. I have tried phoning their offices and it says there is a 0 minute wait time, then after 10 minutes I dropped the call. Then I called back and got the same message and asked for a call back and again I was given a 0 minute delay and then I got asked if i want to keep my place in the 0 minute que and I said yes. It is about an hour and a half later and I still did not receive a call back from them. This is TOTALY PATHETIC. DO YOUR WORK AND MAKE SURE OF YOUR FACTS before you harass a person.
