MBD do not care

I have paid my Capfin account with Transaction Capital Recoveries (MBD Debt collectors), which was handled by Makoena Mokgolo. They promised that the account will updated or corrected with credit bureau within 21 days, however, I have followed up with the bureau several times and they confirmed that no new information was forwarded to them. I have attempted numerous times to contact them (Including Makoena) via the email and over the phone but they ignored me. They have collected the money now - no need for them to do their job as promised. Paying this debt with or via MBD did was the worst decision I made in my life - since my credit status has not changed or account updated.
