MBD Disgusting service

Poor Service from MBD, was given a 50% discount = R17000 and I used it and settled my account but upon settlement I had already made my monthly payment of R3000. I was told that it will be refunded but since April till today its November and I haven't received any feedback, instead I am being sent from one person to another. I'm truly disgusted.
