MBD Debt collectors wrongfully listed my name on ITC
Im not happy the way MBD Collecter treat theor customers. They took over my account from Home choice I was paying R417 as an installment. And had a Balance of R5020.. they listed me on ITC as a person who pays R5020 as a monthly installments.. this is severe affecting my affordability.
When im contacting them asking an updated stament no one is helping me.. they all says "we requested your statement" its been 3 weeks now . My ITC os not fixed, I dont have an updated statement. But they carry on debiting my account R417.
I am very sad about MBD Legal collection.. they dont collect but they mess around customers names... While my account was with home choice I never used to have this problem with ITC.
