MBD debt collectors have poor poor poor service to the last degree and causes chaos in people's progress

I was handed over to MBD by Edgars few months after I lost my job. Immediately when I got money I paid up my debt because I was not owing much. Since November 2021 I have been waiting for my clearance letter. I have been calling them every month and they keep on telling me that I will receive my letter in 15 days and some consultant says in 30 days. My debt is not cleared and I now receive calls from another debt collector company saying that I have been handed over by Edgars and should make payment. It's June now and I can't even get my name cleared becuase of a debt I paid 7 months ago. When they want payment, they can call you five times a day but once your done and they have to do things right for you, they don't. They are such a waist and *****. The only proof I have is the debit order from my bank which I amkeep on being told I need a clearance letter from MBD.
