MBD Debt Collectors are harassing.

Non stop harassing phone calls, even when a payment arrangement has been made they phone over 4 times a day. There must be some sort of law or rule they are contravening. With what they are doing they will push people already stressed to drastic measures and will sleep soundly after having done so. They will destroy families with their harassment. They have done so already.
