MBD debt collections ******

I am currently very upset with with MBD debt collectors, these peoples are biggest ****** .They took over an old Truworths account I ask them for a settlement discount and I settled the account but when I checked on their portal there is still a balance on the account and is growing.I phoned them and talk to their consultant and even one of their supervisors Nicola. All of them they seem not know what to do about this matter. I am warning everyone about this company ,please make sure that you pay your accounts so that you dont have to deal with these cruel and greedy chance takers.I dont know what to do anymore and I dont have money to pay them again on an already settled account, and I really dont trust them anymore
