MBD ******!!!!

Horrible service that I recieved from MBD, I had set up a payment arrangment for my Mr. Price account , they gave me a discount, I specifically told the lady I was speaking with on the phone that I am waiting for my Pension and Provident fund money to come in so that I can make the appointment. I was late for the agreed date to make the payment, however on the 16th Of October I recieved an sms to please make the payment, i recieved the amount on Wednesday the 17th, I then made the full payment and sent a proof of payment, today I recieved a call them telling me that the discount has fallen off and I have to pay a balance on the account. These people are *******!!! they call you everyday to make payment when you make payment they deviate from the agreed payment and ask for more money!

After countless calls to MBD I am still not getting any help. I spoke with a very rude gent by the name of Meshack in your Mr Price account, he speaks over me and does not give me solutions. The consultants are giving me different messages. When initially I spoke to a lady she told me my account has been closed and I will recieve my paid up letter, I spoke to Meshack yesterday a very rude uncuth gentleman who would not let me speak I asked to speak to his line manager and he would not let me. I am getting frustrated with the service I am getting both MBD and Mr Price are not helping. I paid the money they asked me now I am getting the run-around and rude service from their consultants
