MBD Credit Solutions! Shocking!

No words to describe the level of unprofessionalism of MBD Credit Solutions. The agents is rude beyond imagination. I read other reviews that just confirms my views. Was told if I took a debit order for my payments calls would stop and interest would be less. This was a lie! Calls did not stop. In fact it got worse. I called a few times to speak to a manager about this. Literally every time the same excuse "the manager is in a meeting they will call me back." Did not happen. Next day they did called me. Not the manager though! Just the same call that was supposed to stop when I took a out a debit order. I mentioned that I called yesterday and that someone would phone me back. The agent says to me "Ja that was yesterday this is today!" I was retrenched in 2015 thus battled to pay my account. It was handed to MBD. I requested a breakdown for the fees on my account cause it felt like I was paying every month and getting nowhere. The response was when I took out the account I agreed to the costs. Till this day got nothing from them. As far as I am concerned they have something to hide about their fees etc. I am of this view because of their unwillingness to disclose details of my account, or who knows it might be the incompetence of their disgustingly rude staff.
