MBD Credit Solutions ruining people's lives!!!????

I think it's high time this company be reported to the National Credit Regulator. We can't apply for a home loan just because this company is not sending us a paid up letter which they promised to send on 21 June 2019, what they do now is sending us from pillar to post and the call centre is useless and the agents are very rude!!!
