MBD Credit Solutions is waisting my time

They are pathetic. They keep phoning me, as soon as I answer 90% of the time, the call drops from their side. If I phone back, they drop the calls 90% of the time. They keep phoning me regarding a bill that was never wrong. I have explained this to them, they said that they will note it like that and call the person reporting the bill. They still try to phone me at least 3 times per day. I wish for someone from their management team to contact me to resolve this problem.
