MBD Credit Solutions Agents are Rude and Disrespectful

I never been so disrespect so much by call center agent from MDB! I got a call this morning from MDB Credit Solution Agent whom i cant recall her name, she wanted to me confirm my ID an physical address of which politely told her that I'm not comfortable giving out that information over the phone. I told her that you have that info already with you because you mentioned first and last name.

She went on to day that I'm aware that I owe my discovery credit card? I said I'm away and I have been paying my credit card please check with discovery for an update. She told me to tell that to my credit score and she hang-up the phone.
