MBD credit solution is very unprofessional, I'm still waiting for my paid up letter

I have settled my account with standard bank after being handed-over to MBD credit solutions, and since last month I am struggling to get the paid up letter. When I was pursued to settle the account I was told it will only take 2 days before I get the letter. It's almost a month now, still waiting when I called I am told they are working from home as if they are the only people working from home. The call centre agent I deal with today tried to get her senior's permission for her to give me her contact details and she refused, showing that they don't care about their clients. They clearly show that once you pay your account, you on your own. I feel frustrated, furious and helplessness. MBD Credit Solution is very unprofessional. The likes of Condradinah, who refused to speak to me don't deserve senior positions, I really don't understand why would they employ someone who don't have customer service attitude, I wish she can lose her job so that she will start appreciating having one again
