MBD Credit Solution

My Name is Gabisile and would like to report MBD credit solutions for calling in regards with my credit card. I paid off my credit card in 2016 at Woolworth in Nor wood mall and ever since i haven't been using the credit card. All of a sudden, i get a call from MBD telling me that i owe my credit card R2 000, when i asked what is the R2 000 for cause i haven't been using the card, i was told it was charges for not using it. This is so very unfair for them to leave me all of the year 2016/17 and to call me now to tell me that i owe the credit card. My question is, why didn't they call after 3 /6 months if they noticed i wasn't using the card to let me know about these charges instead of waiting for 1 and a half year to tell me this. It is so painful and stressful to pay for money that you didn't even spend.
