MBD Credit Report
Good day
I currently having a very difficult time dealing with MBD ink , I have had a credit card debt that was around R45 000 that has been settled Yet on the TransUnion report MBD claims that I still owe them R500, I have called many times to ask if I can settle this R500 so we can all move on with our lives , The representatives at MBD say that there is nothing to settle and have sent me a paid up letter
Now I am sitting with a situation where I am unable to do anything about the situation, I am unable to pay as I don’t have an outstanding balance and the R500 still remains the same on my credit report…. Yet no one is doing nothing about I feel very powerless
