MBD Consultants Useless

After a very long story trying to figure out who to contact to be able to settle my credit account I have came across MBD. From there it just became more of an headache for me. I asked if there was any discount for if I settle my account in full and rudely I was told there is no way. So I decided that I would just do it in payment, I made my first payment 19 September, and guess what, the money can't be allocated according to the consultant. I have been in contact with this very rude/unhelpful/incapable consultant and do not know what to do anymore. How do I make another payment if they can't even find the first payment I have made to them???? I am reaching out here in the hope of someone to contact me so we can get this sorted ASAP.
