MBD CONSULTANTS A WASTE OF TIME
What a disappointment!!! My husband has been speaking to probably 8 different consultants to try and sort out his query since March and up till today it's still not resolved. I dont know if the consultants don't understand or what the issue is but to speak to a different person all the time is a waste of my time and airtime!!! Can we please have a senior contact us so that we can have a proper arrangement done for this vodacom account that we would like to settle. First vodacom hands over our account to HP Attorneys and then to MBD. PLEASE JUST FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

04 Oct 2022, 09:11Complaints officer, this matter is still far from being resolved mostly because nobody understands what needs to be done here. I'm not happy with the service received. I have had calls from agents once again as well as emails from Phumi Nzama and Gontshe, but still our account is not settled.
As explained to many previous consultants, in November 2021 our vodacom account was handed over to HP Attorneys. We made 4 payments to HP Attorneys before our account was handed over to MBD. I have asked consultants on numerous occasions to please contact HP Attorneys to have the money paid over to MBD. This is obviously something that needs to be resolved between HP Attorneys and MBD as I have made payments to both attorneys. All I have asked is for a breakdown from MBD including Hp Attorneys. I cannot pay MbD the full settlement amount if I have already paid Hp Attorneys as well. Please can somebody fix this PLEASE!!!! I have sent proof of payments made to HP Attorneys as well so that MBD can deduct this amount from the settlement but I'm only receiving breakdowns of money paid to MBd.
Call my husband urgently please so that we can make payments to MBD
