MBD Consultant

Hi

There is a Consultant, I never get her name. She is so RUDE, always hangs up while I talk, shouts and never wants to listen to the customer. This is the number she used to call me just now - **********

I told her that it was not a convenient time for me to talk (mind you she can even hear that I was whispering) and asked her to call me at 12 midday. She told me that I shouldn't have answered my phone (I cannot afford to miss any call as we have a family member who is critical in hospital) Her attitude and then she hang up while I was trying to explain.

Can someone from MDB call me and put me through to that consultant, I am sure they can trace the call (07:31)
