MBD constant phone calls even when payments were made.

MBD is constantly phoning me to make payments. I made a payment on the 28th of December 2022. Since then I have received 5 calls and numerous messages that I must make a payment. I have my receipt right as proof of payment and gladly email it if you give me your contact details. But to call early morning for payments that were made are really ridiculous and I honestly dont want to be rude to your agents but I'm losing my patience. Update your system or fix whatever problem. The messages that I received still state that there will be extra costs but I have made a payment. I will take this further if you don't deal with this matter especially since you want to add extra costs for something that is not my fault. I hope that this matter can be resolved since I have seen others complaining about the same problem.
