MBD completely useless
Paid up an outstanding Vodacom account which belonged to an ex on the 15-10-2022. This useless bunch to date has still not sent me a paid up letter, get promised "within 24hours sir". This miniscule amount is now showing as an adverse credit record on my credit profile. Have asked Vodacom if I can pay them AGAIN to have this sorted out in order to not have to deal with MBD but they have declined. Biggest joke of a law firm.
