MBD - Company with this most DISGUSTING Customer Service!!!

I am absolutely infuriated by this company!!!

Their customer service is utterly appalling, they actually have no telephone etiquette and does not know how to actually speak to the customer. Please tell me WHAT agent actually shouts at a customer as has terrible attitude as well!!! well THEY do!! its sickening!! WOW!

Secondly they keep calling me onto my work telephone line after i have requested on numerous occasions to call me to my cellphone as i cannot speak to them in an open planned office!!!!! YET they still contacting me on my work line which means i cannot take my call privately!!! I am so angry!
