MBD company is robbing people

I have called in now at mbd spoke to Nolwazi regarding my Foschini account, she put me through to her supervisor who then dropped the phone on me.

The company is telling me that they charge extra fees every month , why is that as the debit order is going through correctly. They dont care about people and their agents are lying and dont have answers when calling them. Retail companies must stop using MBD as they are ***** and they will continue debbiting your account even after yuo have settled the account
