MBD collector ****

Good day I have accounts that was handover to MBD collector. My accounts was for game store and RCS credit card. We reached agreement to settle accounts last year 2022 which I did. I have managed to settle last account July 2022 but when I request paid up letter they told me, I can only get letter after 14days. I call after 14days but still waiting for paid up letter until now. I keep on calling but they just drop my calls. Sometimes they just promise to request. Everytime you call them they drop calls. Now they trying to **** me with this letter. Vvm the call me saying am owing game store, I have to settle account. I told them I don't owe game store, I have settled the account, the ask me to send them paid up letter as proof.

When I call MBD collector about the paid up letter they keep on promise to send it. Now they drop my calls because I keep on calling. I believe the busy ******** people
