I am appalled by the conduct of this company. I am continuously being harassed by call Centre agents for an account that is paid up- being a Virgin Active Gym contract. The amount keeps escalating, I have emailed all the proof of payment they say they will correct they just get new people to call and harass. I am promised an sms, they sms is never sent. Emails are ignored. I have called the call Centre, promises are made to remove my details and account, never done. And now I am being harassed on my work line, Something must be done about this ************ debt collection company.
