MBD collections & agents are full of ****!!! ****** unprofessionals!!!
I have never been incontact with such unprofeesional people, Standard bank credit card sold my debts to them, now i get charged for me making payments to them or calling them. Their call centre agents don't even know what they are doing or know why they call you, then I'm charged charged R75 rands for calls that people don't know why they called you. If they feel they can hand me over then so be it cause im freaken tired of them. They don't know what the hell they are doing. Their lines are also bad!!! My goodness!!!

My issue has not been addressed amicably, im still getting 20calls that i am charged for, while i am actually paying my account on debit order. Can I stress this again with you & your call centre agents, IT'S NOT BY CHOICE THAT I FIND MYSELF PAYING OFF MBD, I GOT RETRENCHED!!
