MBD COLLECTION DISSAPOINTING ME FOR MY DETAILED CAPITEC STATEMENT

I have been calling MBD Collection about my CAPITEC Loan statement which I requested them to send for me last month and they have been promising that they will send after 14 days.Those 14 days have passed and I called again they told me same thing and again another 14 days passed.This is very disappointing as they say they are helping but instead they are not.Please send me the full detailed statement of my loan you can even email it to ***
