Good Day
Kindly please Assist. I was having account with Sheet street and they handed me to MBD. Than I decided to pay the full amount.than called the MBD after paying for a paid up letter. I sent an email them showing them the proof of payment. But still no response from them. Kindly please assist

I paid but still my account still appears as if I'm owing.. I upload proof of payment. But still appears as nothing is cleared. Ever since I layed a complaint. Nothing is being cleared up.i have both my slips to confirm that I did pay. But with no help from them.can you help regarding this matter
