MBD where do you hire your employees? They are rude and unprofessional. I tried for 3 months to get banking details from them to make payment, everytime you speak to someone they are rude. Finally i received the details in August 2022 and made payment of R150 against an outstanding amount of R1 624.00. End of September 2022 I made another payment of R400. Still they not happy with me making payments because still get calls everyday. This morning i was told i still owe them R1500 but all these months i was told its R1 624.00. As soon as i start paying i am told the amount I was owing is R1 900.

I want a statement sent to me immediately. If it does not show the original amount of R1 624, then sorry i will not pay another cent.
