MBD - Capital Data - Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely pathetic, I had a sanlam personal loan which was handed over to MBD - Capital Data. In June 2019 I had settled them in full and received a paid up letter from MBD - Capital Data. Till date 29/01/2020 I have not been cleared on ITC. They have not sent the documents through and followed up with ITC. Upon numerous emails sent to them and no joy. I then emailed both these individuals Elvis Lefophana and Johanna Mhlongo who is the manager of MBD - Capital Data updating and clearing department. I still do not get a response, only a read receipt from Elvis Lefophana and no feedback. I call the switchboard for the CEO's details I am told it cannot be given to me. I then called Johanna Mhlongo directly who never ever picks up. This is pathetic. Can something please be done about this????????????
