Mbd can you please send me my paid up letters for my Fnb and Woolworths credit cards it's a month now so much for 48hours

Mbd I am so sick of calling you emailing you whatsapp option that don't even work properly. I paid up my Fnb credit card and my Woolworths credit card in full on the 26th of February today is one month and I still not have gotten both my paid up letter. I have wasted so much money on airtime calling you people. I had to contact Fnb and Woolworths for you guys and still no paid up letters. The company I work for settled my debt in full so they putting alot of pressure on me to get these paid up letters. Please send me these letters and you won't hear from me again. It cannot take a month for both companies to send my paid up letters and why do I have to contact them to get it.That supposed to be something you guys supposed to do.
