MBD call centre harrasing me even though I have no account or dealing with them.
I have reached my wit's end. If this does not help, I will be seeking legal assistance and suing for harassment and and unsolicited disturbance.
I cannot remember how long back.. must be more than 2 yrs now.. We have been receiving daily calls from the MBD call centre looking for and "UNATI" regarding unpaid accounts or something.. I have requested in the nicest and rudest or ways for the operator to remove our number from this account and stop calling us.. waking us up and disturbing us during the most inopportune times. I do not know an Unati.. nor do I want to know who this person is..
If I receive a call one more time.. I will be taking this to court!
