MBD call centre agent very rude

The people at the MBD especially the ones working at the call centre are very harsh people.

I received a call from them today 20 July 2023 on a number that I never gave them I ask the call centre consultant who gave them the number they calling me in as I have Given out the numbers where they can get hold of me. The lady gave me an attitude while I am asking her who gave them the number they called me on while still asking her she hung up on me. Can this issue be resolved and the call centre operators can they go for telephone etiquette training because they do not know how speak to their clients.
