MBD

I received a call today from one of the very rude agents who said I was in breach of my contract due to the fact that I paid via EFT, as I always do. I told the agent I have not breach my contract I did an EFT on 25/01/2021 and he said it would show up late and he will summons me. Who the hell do you think you are taking to, is this how MBD train there agents. I have arrangements in place and never faulted with my payment. I am a pensioner and we are living very hard times with Covid and others. Notwithstanding that MBD charge for everything calls,SMS,emails and interest. This is a disgrace to say the least for a company to treat people like dirt. This is the second time that I have complained about something I will report this to the Council for Debt Collection
