MBD- bad service, request for letter (accounts are closed)

I have two get bucks accounts that was with mbd. once reflects as closed on my credit report and the other not.

I called in on *** and spoke to Phumzile requesting a settlement for my outstanding account as well as a letter for the account thatis closed. She then informed me that both accounts are closed and that I will receive an email with a letter attached stating both accounts are closed with mbd.

I called back today to make a follow up and was told that I need to speak to customer services. iwas provided with ***, ***, ***, *** and all those numbers go unanswered.

this matter is very urgent I need that letter stating that both get bucks accounts are closed. i have just been sent from pillar to post without any assistance.
