MBD bad service
I have paid and settled my account but now MBD is not giving me my paid up letter. is it that difficult to email a paid up letter, I need to clear my name and they are taking too long. if I knew this was gonna happen I would've just not paid than. I was told to wait a week yet I'm still waiting and its over a week.
