Mbd bad service
Bad service by MBD direct axis department
I have made countless calls and series of calls to MBD requesting for statements for my direct axis account for the whole week even today I haven't received it.
They have a portal that I tried to access the statements still there is nothing.
Agents so bad, don't even have a courtesy to explain why is it so difficult to send me my own statement.
Hate MBD so much for such an inconvenience
