MBD bad service

I was referred by Mr price to these attorneys,I was called by 2 different consultants telling me different amounts that I am owing....first one told me I am owing R2300,second one said I am owing R2400 and when I went online to check my installment I was owing R2100 and I told them that I will only pay what I see not what I hear and they agreed with me....and I settled my amount when I check my statement the money increased they say I am still owing R200 I am so angry because your consultant named SINETHEMBA said I should pay R2100 ..your service is sooo bad.
