MBD bad service
I Write this Complaint to MBD attorneys with utter Disappointment as I've be try to get assistance with paid up letters of Settlement amounts for accounts Now held by Mbd I've sent numerous emails and call the contact centre with no response or Communication

This is a Lie whom have you contacted because i haven't spoken, or received any call from anyone at MBD my complaint was written on the 7 April YES and you reply the same day saying i have been contacted what type of service do you actually render ???? this is so unprofessional saying you call when you haven't can you Confirm if you made the call and where is the so call confidential information i requested because i haven't received any Comms from you JUST INCASE MY CONTACTS HAS BEEN MISSED ***
